A recipe gives one time, for one amount, in one machine. The calculators here start from that kind of time and fit it to what you tell them: the food and its cut, how much there is and in how many pieces, and your air fryer's type, size and power. Then a timer walks you through it: when to turn, when to start checking, when it is done and how long to let it rest.
Where the numbers come from
Every time starts from a named source: a food safety agency, a manufacturer's cooking chart or a test kitchen. The sources are listed at the bottom of each page that uses them, with the date each was last checked. Where good sources disagree, we take the middle and say so. Safe inside temperatures come from the USDA.
Use the time as a guide: air fryers vary, and so does food. For meat, fish and eggs, a thermometer in the thickest part tells you when it is done.
Nothing to sign up for
There are no accounts. Your settings, like US or metric units and the timer's sound, stay on your own device. The privacy policy says exactly what the site keeps, which is very little.
